One on One Sessions

AU$ 110.00 per session

General information

  • All 1 on 1 sessions last between 60min and 90min.

  • Coach access to the venue in which the session will be held needs to be organised before booking takes place.

  • For 1 on 1 S&C sessions, please check access permission to your local gym. Using your home gyms also viable.

  • Up to 3 clients are accepted in a 1 on 1 session, 20% per extra person fee applies.

One on One sessions are meant for the development of skills (if sport related) and strength for performance (if gym based). Be mindful when scheduling a session with more than one participant if all performance levels are similar. Please check the squad schedules for booking times.
