One on One Sessions

AU$ 110.00 per session or 10 session packages for AU$ 86.00 per session.

General information

  • All 1 on 1 sessions last between 60min and 90min.

  • Coach access to the venue in which the session will be held needs to be organised before booking takes place.

  • For 1 on 1 S&C sessions, please check access permission with your local gym. Using your home gym is always better and we take functional training equipment. Sessions are performance focused.

  • Up to 3 clients are accepted in a 1 on 1 session, 20% per extra person fee applies.

One on One sessions aim for skills and performance development. Be mindful when scheduling a session with more than one participant that all performance levels are similar. Please check the squad schedules for booking times.
