The S&C program offers the planning of 1 to 3 sessions per week according to the athlete’s need. The number of sessions does not change the fees. Older athletes are expected to spend more time in the gym to counter for the age related muscle mass loss. Younger athletes will have less sessions, but highly specific to their developing needs. Women will have plans tailored for their hormonal phase (pubertal, adult, pre-menopause and menopause). Women in high-performance sport will have plans tailored to their monthly hormone fluctuation.
The S&C training prescription can involve 1 on 1 sessions done with Scatto Endurance Sports or elsewhere. The S&C program delivery includes one of the following,

access fees to Training Peaks not included
+ one online meeting per fortnight
Training plan with links to videos showing correct execution of exercises
use of equipment found in your local gym
For 1 on 1 S&C sessions, please check access permission with your local gym. Glauber Scattolini has the required insurance and is an accredited ASCA Level 2 S&C coach.
