The Online S&C program offers the planning of 1 to 3 sessions per week according to the athlete’s need. The number of prescribed sessions does not change the fees. Older athletes are expected to spend more time in the gym to counter for the age related muscle mass loss. Younger athletes will have less sessions, but highly specific to their developing needs. Women will have plans tailored for their hormonal phase (pubertal, adult, pre-menopause and menopause). Women in high-performance sport will have plans tailored to their monthly hormone fluctuation. This option is only available for non-members

Glauber Scattolini has the required insurance and is an accredited ASCA Level 2 S&C coach.
