LHTL - Altitude Training

AU$ 600.00 for 4-week rental + AU$ 100.00 per extra week

The LHTL method is meant for the athlete who has put in the hard work in training and is looking for an extra push in aerobic endurance or has a high altitude competition. It is also a valuable tool for acclimatisation to mitigate altitude sickness in hikes and ski trips. Altitude preparation is done in your own home.

Equipment rental includes an altitude generator, a hypoxic tent (queen size), and oximeter. A standard protocol for best performance is included.

We suggest that the initial contact is made 3 months before hiring. You should consider,

  • Visiting your GP for blood test

  • Visiting a Sports Dietician for pre, during, and post altitude nutrition plan

  • Discuss the target competition plan
