LHTL - Altitude Training
AU$ 600.00 for 4-week rental + AU$ 100.00 per extra week
The LHTL method is meant for the athlete who has done the hard work in training and is looking for an extra push in aerobic endurance or has a competition at high altitude. It is also a valuable tool for acclimatisation to mitigate altitude sickness in hikes and ski trips. Altitude preparation is done in your own home.
Equipment rental includes an altitude generator, a hypoxic tent (queen size), and oximeter. A standard protocol for best performance is included.

Visiting your GP for a blood test: low iron = low response
Visiting a Sports Dietician for pre, during, and post altitude nutrition plan: insufficient energy intake = low response
